CIGNA Dental Care

NTEU offers a high-quality dental  plan through CIGNA Dental Care. This dental plan, which offers two options, can be used alone or used as supplemental coverage to your current non-HMO Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) plan. Under this managed care program, you may visit any dentist listed in the Dental Office Directory. There are no deductible or claim forms. Coverage is immediate and there are no maximums. The following CIGNA Dental care premiums
are guaranteed through Dec. 31, 2006:

HIGH OPTION
 
  Bi-Weekly Quarterly

Two-Party $24 $156
Family $36 $234

Premiums for the plan can be paid through payroll deduction (except for seasonal employees), direct bill, electronic fund transfer or credit card. This managed dental plan incorporates ongoing quality control features, from initial credentialing of dentists, office visits and reviews of patient care quality.

*CIGNA Dental Care is not available in: Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Maine,Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.

*There is limited availability in: Alabama, Arizona, California, and Ohio.
