This managed dental plan incorporates ongoing quality control features, from initial
 credentialing of dentists, office visits and reviews of patient care quality.

CIGNA Dental Care is not available in: Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Maine,
 Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South
 Dakota, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.
 There is limited availability in: Alabama, Arizona, California, and Ohio.
