Real Estate Services:
Weichert Relocation Co., Inc., a company of the
Weichert Realtors organization, will
provide NTEU members and their
families with a "Cash Back" bonus when buyin
and/or selling a house,
townhouse, or condo through the program.
The Home Advantage Service is offered at no fee to NTEU
members, includes
condos and co-ops and is available anywhere in the United
States, Canada and
Puerto Rico. This Service is made up of the following
programs:
♦ Cash Bonus
Program -- NTEU members may be eligible for cash back, between
$200 to $1,000, when selling or purchasing a home (double
that amount if buying
and selling a home). *May be prohibited in some states.
♦ Mortgage Program -- offers a 50% discount on mortgage origination fees and
instant computer pre-qualification
♦ Discount Moving Services Program -- provides up to a 40% discount on total
moving bill, uses national carriers and offers full replacement insurance
To take advantage of this program or to get more information, call Weichert at
(800) 234-2445. You must inform them of your NTEU membership
and you will then be referred to a participating broker.
